Applied Coaching LLC ("Applied Coaching," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our services, including the Last Mile Coaching platform and any related applications or communications.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, employer, role, and any details you share during coaching conversations or onboarding. We also collect usage data automatically when you interact with our services, including device information, log data, IP address, and timestamps of activity.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to provide and improve our coaching services, personalize the experience, communicate with you about your engagement, respond to your requests, maintain the security of our systems, and comply with legal obligations. Coaching conversation data is used to inform the coaching experience and is retained in accordance with the retention policy below.
Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers for hosting, analytics, language model inference, telephony, and communications. These providers process data strictly on our behalf under contractual data-protection commitments. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it using industry-standard methods.

California residents have the right, under the California Consumer Privacy Act, to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of that information, to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to be free from discrimination for exercising their privacy rights. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continuously work to strengthen our controls.
